Respect, goal setting, and self-control are just a few of the things one can learn from Senior Master Jason Dendy. 2 weeks of free classes is plenty to find out how much you'll love learning martial arts.Posted on Google![]()

Jason Dendy and his instructors are wonderful with my three kids and he does a great job of updating parents about events and when things are due. We love it here!Posted on Google![]()

Both of my girls have been a part of the ATA family for 8 years. Both are ranked in the top 10 in the world bc of the instructors leadership. Originally started bc my oldest has sensory issues and walked on her toes till she was 10 years old. We have made many friends and my kids love the other kids(especially the Cheeks 😉) highly recommended!
Inspired ATA Martial Arts helps your child build, in a safe and fun environment, the strength and confidence to tackle the challenges of the outside world, from improving their focus in school to preparing them to confront bullying.
As they develop confidence and discipline, you’ll find it easier to manage everyday parenting challenges, like encouraging them to stay engaged and motivated, especially when excessive screen time makes it harder.

Belt testing provides an excellent exercise for kids in learning how to set and achieve goals. Their self-esteem will continue to rise with each accomplishment as they watch their hard work pay off.
Inspired ATA Martial arts provides a powerful outlet for children who often feel frustrated or angry. Techniques like sparring allow them to channel their frustrations into productive movement. This shift not only enhances their emotional well-being but also makes them calmer.

Absolutely not. Although they will learn cool martial arts and self-defense moves, your child will learn how to AVOID fights, not pick them.
